La jornada ha reunit prop de 200 professionals en una nova edici\u00f3 que s&#8217;ha consolidat com un espai de refer\u00e8ncia per compartir experi\u00e8ncies, coneixement i bones pr\u00e0ctiques en la gesti\u00f3 de persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la benvinguda, el president del Club Cecot de Recursos Humans, \u00c0ngel Bux\u00f3, ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de crear espais de trobada entre professionals per compartir coneixement i afrontar conjuntament els nous desafiaments que planteja la gesti\u00f3 del talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera pon\u00e8ncia, a c\u00e0rrec de la psic\u00f2loga executiva Ivette Castro, ha posat el focus en els equips intergeneracionals. Sota el t\u00edtol <em>De conviure a funcionar: equips intergeneracionals que sumen de veritat<\/em> i lluny de considerar l&#8217;edat com el principal factor de conflicte dins les organitzacions, ha defensat que el veritable repte \u00e9s aconseguir que persones amb experi\u00e8ncies, ritmes i expectatives diferents comparteixin criteris i avancin en una mateixa direcci\u00f3. Segons ha explicat, abans de buscar solucions les empreses han de recuperar una pr\u00e0ctica sovint oblidada: \u00abaturar-se per escoltar, entendre i formular les preguntes adequades\u00bb. Per Castro, nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed \u00e9s possible construir equips cohesionats i sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una altra de les idees compartides durant la jornada ha estat la necessitat de refor\u00e7ar el paper dels comandaments intermedis. El psic\u00f2leg del rendiment Pep Mar\u00ed, traslladant aprenentatges de l&#8217;esport d&#8217;elit al m\u00f3n empresarial, ha reivindicat que els responsables d&#8217;equip liderin amb una clara orientaci\u00f3 al b\u00e9 com\u00fa. Mar\u00ed ha recordat que els comandaments intermedis s\u00f3n els qui transformen les decisions estrat\u00e8giques en realitat dins les organitzacions i, per tant, esdevenen una pe\u00e7a determinant per generar confian\u00e7a, cohesi\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds entre els equips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fidelitzaci\u00f3 del talent i la incorporaci\u00f3 de les noves generacions al mercat laboral han protagonitzat el bloc Casos d&#8217;\u00e8xit en primera persona, condu\u00eft pel secretari general de la Cecot, Oriol Alba, amb la participaci\u00f3 de Joan Roca, president executiu de Roca Junyent; Gl\u00f2ria Poal, directora de Recursos Humans de Zanini, i Joel Rivas, director de Recursos Humans de Bergadana \u2013 Transforma 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la conversa, Joan Roca ha posat sobre la taula una de les idees m\u00e9s destacades de la jornada: les empreses han de deixar d&#8217;obsessionar-se per retenir el talent i concentrar els esfor\u00e7os a construir projectes atractius on les persones vulguin aportar valor. Tamb\u00e9 ha assenyalat que les noves generacions busquen formar part dels projectes, sentir que la seva contribuci\u00f3 \u00e9s rellevant i treballar en entorns col\u00b7laboratius, una realitat que obliga les organitzacions a repensar les seves formes de lideratge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les pon\u00e8ncies i les entrevistes, la jornada ha incorporat formats participatius com dos espais d&#8217;Improshow, que han aportat una mirada distesa als reptes quotidians de la gesti\u00f3 de persones, i un esmorzar networking que ha facilitat l&#8217;intercanvi d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies i la creaci\u00f3 de noves connexions entre professionals de diferents sectors. Amb aquesta combinaci\u00f3 de contingut especialitzat i espais de relaci\u00f3, la Trobada de Professionals de Recursos Humans es consolida com un punt de trobada de refer\u00e8ncia per compartir coneixement, generar debat i impulsar noves sinergies al voltant dels principals desafiaments de la gesti\u00f3 del talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Club Cecot de Recursos
