La\u00a0ind\u00fastria agroaliment\u00e0ria a Catalunya<\/strong>\u00a0juga un paper estrat\u00e8gic dins l\u2019economia del pa\u00eds, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es troba immersa en una\u00a0etapa de transformacions profundes<\/strong>. La sostenibilitat, la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 als nous h\u00e0bits de consum i la pressi\u00f3 reguladora europea s\u00f3n alguns dels grans reptes que configuren el seu futur immediat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des de Cecot Ind\u00fastria, vam organitzar aquesta jornada, on vam posar el focus en aquest sector clau per generar debat i aportar una visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica sobre el seu desenvolupament. Vam comptar amb una primera pon\u00e8ncia amb\u00a0indicadors de la marxa de l\u2019activitat econ\u00f2mica de la Ind\u00fastria Agroaliment\u00e0ria a Catalunya<\/strong>, de la m\u00e0 d\u2019Ester Freixa, t\u00e8cnica d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 al CREDA. A continuaci\u00f3, Marc Oliveras, cap de l\u2019\u00e0rea de coneixement i estrat\u00e8gia de Prodeca, ens va oferir una\u00a0visi\u00f3 sobre quin paper juga Catalunya en el comer\u00e7 agroalimentari mundial<\/strong>. I vam tancar amb una\u00a0taula rodona amb empresaris i empres\u00e0ries de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0per analitzar les oportunitats i dificultats que afronta la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria catalana.<\/span><\/p>\n
