S&#8217;abordaran q\u00fcestions clau com les estad\u00edstiques actuals, els factors determinants i com les m\u00fatues poden col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest greu problema per a l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la segona part de la sessi\u00f3, es presentaran diverses solucions pr\u00e0ctiques i protocols efectius per reduir l&#8217;absentisme laboral. Es destacar\u00e0 la import\u00e0ncia de la prevenci\u00f3 com una inversi\u00f3 i s&#8217;analitzaran els beneficis d&#8217;esdevenir una empresa saludable.
