{"id":354436,"date":"2024-12-24T15:06:49","date_gmt":"2024-12-24T13:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cecot.org\/?post_type=esdeveniment&#038;p=354436"},"modified":"2025-02-19T11:51:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T09:51:02","slug":"aplicacio-practica-del-pla-i-el-protocol-lgtbi","status":"publish","type":"esdeveniment","link":"https:\/\/cecot.org\/es\/esdeveniment\/aplicacio-practica-del-pla-i-el-protocol-lgtbi\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicaci\u00f3 Pr\u00e0ctica del pla i el protocol LGTBI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con\u00e8ixer la finalitat de la Llei 4\/2023, de 28 de febrer, per a la igualtat real i efectiva de les persones trans i per a la garantia dels drets de les persones LGTBI, que neix per tal de desenvolupar i garantir els drets de les persones lesbianes, gais, bisexuals, trans i intersexuals erradicant les situacions de discriminaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta Llei 4\/2023 inclou una s\u00e8rie de pautes i aven\u00e7os importants a seguir per les empreses, com s\u00f3n la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats o el foment de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 per a aquests col\u00b7lectius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest curs estudiarem la nova obligaci\u00f3 empresarial: les mercantils de m\u00e9s de 50 persones treballadors en plantilla han de comptar amb un Pla LGTBI.
